African Dance

Ballet Fit

All that Jazz

Bring out the hats, heels and chair-dances ladies and gentlemen, this dramatic cabaret-style classical jazz class is great for beginner and intermediate movers


Conditioning and Restorative Movement

Instructor: Sohee Hong

This class is an injury prevention and a movement therapy using fundamentals of classical and modern Pilates, Myofascial Release and Movement technique. Group or private classes available.

This is an upbeat “follow the leader“ style class for movers of all abilities. A cardio dance workout that is good for the body and mind. From warm up to cool down we move and groove to a variety of musical styles, tempos and rhythms. Condition your muscles, improve your balance, increase your flexibility, or simply come to sweat and have fun!


Commercial Street

Instructor: Sohee Hong

This dance incorporates the pop style you see in music videos and concerts. It involves repetitive, trendy movements and choreography, working on confidence and stamina. This is a fun, mood lifting dance style


Community Musical Theatre

Instructor: Leah Burley 

Sing, act, dance! Whatever you love doing, all ages may audition to participate in this year's Spring musical production: Broadway Review! A series of all ages scenes from great Broadway musicals like CATS, ANNIE, OLIVER, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, NEWSIES, MARRY POPPINS and MORE!


Adult Performance Company

This performance-based project is for experienced movers wishing to explore movement and dance in an enriching and community-centered environment. Multiple choreographers will share their unique processes and choreography with a focus on exploring connection to self, each other, and the world, by audition only
