Meet our Dance Teachers
At Warmland Dance, we pride ourselves on robust values-based leadership and a collaborative, inclusive culture. Our clear administrative processes, combined with a world-class, highly qualified teaching faculty, make us one of the most sought-after dance studios in the Cowichan Valley. We prioritize relationships, creating a warm, enriched learning experience that extends to our students and the broader community, fostering an ever-evolving place to grow and learn with the best dance teachers in the communities of Duncan, Mill Bay, Cowichan Hub, and Lake Cowichan.

Young Leaders Program
We are proud to foster the next generation of top dance instructors through our Young Leaders Program, launched in 2022. This initiative allows advanced students aged 14 and older to apply as apprentices at Warmland Dance. After completing a one-year apprenticeship, students may advance to teaching assistant roles, with opportunities for teacher training and professional development. Our program supports these young leaders in becoming part of Warmland Dance's world-class faculty, dedicated to offering the best dance education in the Cowichan Valley.
